In "hotter" climates you can run less coolant, and more H2O |

I've been topping mine off doing a hot purge lately... trying to get rid of my annoying cruize gurgle in the heater core... As Nixit says, when you're getting close to summer, or in a climate where its doesn't get down near freezing, you can run more water and less actual antifreeze as it only really helps keep the water from freezing, and actually makes the cooling process less efficient (if I've understood his posts correctly, which I may not have...)
